JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Associate, Change Management (Data Platforms)
What will you do?
As a change management associate in the Data Platforms team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success by enabling data-driven decisions and policies. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the customer’s business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate impactful use cases from EVYD’s data platforms.
This role reports to our Manager, Change Management (Data Platforms) and is based in Brunei.
Your key responsibilities include:

Support the development, evaluation, management, and execution of change management plans for projects or change initiatives

Assist in identifying stakeholders’ communication and training needs and develop communication and training materials

Participate in external meetings including requirement gathering, progress monitoring and reporting sessions

Identify opportunities for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements to platforms and processes

Collaborate with external stakeholders to understand pain points and goals.

Conduct data analysis and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, with the ability to rationalise the reasons for design
- Work closely with internal teams, including medical data specialists, product, project, and customer support, to ensure alignment and timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to define, monitor, and evaluate success metrics of change.
- Provide support with management reporting and other updates.

Work with and learn from senior members of the Change Management Team.
Qualifications and other skills requirements:
- Preferably, a bachelor's degree or higher national diploma (HND) in the field of health sciences or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Ability to speak, read, and write good English is essential. Ability to communicate in Malay is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good sense of time management.
- Innovative, independent, and a fast learner.
- Acts with integrity and ethics.
- Experience working within the healthcare or health tech sector is a plus.
