JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Associate, Change Management (Health Services Delivery)
What will you do?
As an associate, change management (health services delivery), you will support the team in ensuring smooth adoption of initiatives by stakeholders while contributing to data-informed decisions and improved service delivery outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into practical actions that support both operational and customer needs.
This role reports to our manager, change management (health services delivery), and is based in Brunei.
Your key responsibilities include:

Assist in the development of change management strategies and plans in alignment with project and organizational goals.

Identify and engage internal and external stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and support for change initiatives.

Support impact assessments by collecting, analyzing and organizing relevant data on people, process, and system impacts.

Contribute to the creation of communication materials to inform stakeholders of change initiatives, including presentations, emails, FAQs, and updates to inform and engage stakeholders.

Help design, coordinate, and document training sessions and learning materials to support adoption and capability building.

Provide administrative support in tracking resistance issues and coordinating follow-up actions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to change management activities, including change plans, stakeholder maps, communication logs, and meeting minutes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Technical, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities.

Support the monitoring and reporting of change effectiveness, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to help improve future initiatives.

Proactively learn and apply change management methodologies, tools, and best practices to support team growth and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and other skills requirements:
- A minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Business, Management, or a higher qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in both English and Malay is essential.

Basic knowledge of change management principles, techniques, and tools.

Proven experience in change management or any digital transformation initiatives is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player and able to collaborate with others.

Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.

Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
