Digital Marketing Specialist  
Compensation $80,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience

We are a remote-first company, with offices in New York City, Tarrytown NY, St. Petersburg FL, London, and Argentina. We’re looking for an analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute impactful campaigns across multiple channels, including ABM platforms, paid media, and software review sites, attracting inbound prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities: 

  • Launch, monitor and optimize SEM campaigns on Google and Bing and evaluate new opportunities, channels, and ad formats.  
  • Coordinate ABM campaigns and strategy by serving as 6Sense point-of-contact and champion, and evaluating, then spearheading, Mutiny launch. 
  • Develop and optimize software review site presence on G2, Capterra, Software Advice, and others. 
  • Across platforms, refine audience segments and deliver personalized marketing messages based on TOFU/BOFU and conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve conversion rates and optimize engagement. 
  • Assess SEO status, propose priorities, and carry out SEO-related projects. 
  • Oversee UTM process, and work with data team to ensure accurate tracking of inbound digital marketing leads. 
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI and spend through GA4, Looker Studio, and Tableau, refining future campaigns based on data insights. 
  • Create monthly SEM and SEO performance reports. 
  • Assist with website updates and landing page creation to help improve conversion rate for our team.  
  • Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives, and depending on skills and need, support email marketing and social media marketing initiatives. 
  •  Track and manage campaign budgets closely, providing periodic budget reports and adjusting as necessary to maximize ROI. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.   

 

What You Will Need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in SEM/ABM. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the SaaS industry, ideally with a fintech company. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in 6Sense, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Salesforce. 
  • Familiarity with Asana, WordPress, Mutiny, and Marketo or HubSpot is a bonus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
