Enterprise Sales Development Representative 
Compensation $60,000+ per year depending on experience and proven track record of success. Competitive commission structure on top of base salary.

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representatives to join us as we continue to grow. You will report into one of our dedicated Sales Development Managers who will provide you with the training and coaching needed to be successful in this role. This person will be responsible for researching, prospecting and following up on potential new business among our Enterprise leads and clients.  

 Role Overview:

  • Sales: Understand current and future demand of the business. Enable, educate, and directly prospect leads to win new business. Steer client conversations to and ask exploratory questions to better understand client needs.  
  • Begin the Relationship: Through lead-generation activities and cold-calling, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities. You will enthusiastically explain Exactera’s vision, pinpoint opportunities, and generate interest. 
  • Client and Industry Knowledge: Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. As the first point of contact for future Enterprise clients, you will be building rapport through strategic outreach and a well-rounded client and industry knowledge. Researching clients and staying informed on industry trends will be key to your success. 
  • Collaborate with Team Members: You will collaborate with your team, Account Executives and Sales Leadership to pursue opportunities, recommend appropriate follow-up actions, and schedule qualified meetings. Communicating via Zoom and Teams is critical to maintaining a high level of collaboration and clear communication within the Sales team. 
  • Growth and Development: Our team has an aversion to complacency. We are always looking to improve both individually and as a team. Being open to and implementing feedback will be critical success factors in this role and at Exactera. As you become more comfortable in the role, you will help evolve our demand generation strategy and tactics. 

 

What You Will Need to Succeed:   

  • High level of energy and a positive attitude that align with Exactera's values
  • Minimum of 3 years of SDR/BDR experience selling into Enterprise level clients with a proven track record
  • Excellent communication skills – outgoing, personable and energetic allowing you to build rapport with potential clients
  • Must be a competitive, ambitious and self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed  
  • Maturity- Sound decision making, good sense of organization and time management. Comes to work each day focused on getting the job done and be the best version of themselves
  • An understanding that your efforts are directly related to the main goal, pipeline generation
  • Receptive to feedback and coachable to grow as a team and an individual
  • Resilient and possess the grit and determination to power through objections 
  • Accurately record all notes and activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Ability and drive to achieve monthly productivity goals and KPIs
  • Reignite unperformed previously set sales demos from past months
