The Senior Graphic Designer, Experiential will be expected to oversee a multitude of tasks; including, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with strategy, production, accounts, logistics and clients to understand project requirements and bring best-in-class activations to life,
- Develop branding mocks, visual concepts, and print ready files that effectively communicate our clients’ visual identities and messaging.
- Adhere to production schedules and the expectations of agency-wide communication standards to ensure that the projects are on time, within budget, and that they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Interpret brand visual guidelines and bring them to life in spatial environments.
- Create visual systems to ensure engaging, cohesive, and consistent branding.
- Build production design files to be handed off to vendors, ensuring detailed attention to print specifications, vector based formats, and quality control processes from ideation through final deliverables for a variety of materials including but not limited to signage, promotional materials, packaging, digital, social, and event collateral.
- Confidently and effectively articulate creative vision and timelines to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with and challenge vendors on finding creative solutions to problems.
- Identify and communicate project challenges in a timely manner, while brainstorming and identifying creative solutions to all problems and elevating to either the project lead or direct manager as needed.
- Establish and maintain a creative point of view on projects and an ability to explain concepts, ideas, and brand guidelines in a clear, friendly, and convincing manner.
- Design social and digital materials that support the promotion and recap of brand activations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in design and print production.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a graphic and production designer, preferably in the experiential marketing or branding industry.
- Thorough knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience within the luxury and/or spirits industry.
- Adaptability to pivot when necessary and a willingness to accommodate numerous revisions throughout the design process.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and team-oriented collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design concepts with both team members and clients.
- Proven ability to streamline workflow and to exhibit exceptional organizational skills.
- Travel to events, if necessary, to ensure proper implementation of the team's creative vision and assets.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast paced agency.
- Solutions-oriented thinker and confident self-motivator; proactive and willing to initiate action.
- Highly competent in Google Suite, Slack, Box, and Asana.
- A selfless team player who looks out for the well-being of others.
- Passion and love for sports, entertainment, tech, culture, and lifestyle.
- Demonstrated interest in 3D spatial design and working knowledge in software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp would be a plus.
- Passionate about experiential marketing.
- Motion design skills are a bonus.
- Illustration skills are a bonus.
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
