Experient is seeking a Senior Python engineer to lead a small delivery team on a complex client engagement. The work centers on designing and building a custom front-end application and AI/workflow layer around an existing ERP environment, greenfield development within a constrained system landscape.

This is a hands-on lead role. You will write production code, guide technical decisions, and stay accountable to delivery outcomes alongside client stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead a small consulting team while remaining an active, hands-on developer throughout the engagement.
• Translate functional requirements and user stories into clean technical designs and production-ready Python code.
• Manage the engineer developing a custom front-end application and AI/workflow integrations that operate around an existing enterprise ERP.
• Define key architecture components, data models, and integration interfaces.
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment on build decisions.
• Identify emerging client needs and frame solution options in line with evolving priorities.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time in client-facing consulting engagements.
• Deep Python development expertise, including enterprise-scale applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small delivery teams without stepping back from the code.
• Experience designing around or integrating with legacy or constrained ERP environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver under real timelines.

*Must be located in Atlanta, GA metropolitan area, this is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in office.*
