 We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our experienced Management Consulting team where you can fully utilize your skills and expertise in systems and data analysis to identify and resolve technical issues as well as drive effective solutions for the clients’ needs.  You will learn and fully understand our clients’ business, evaluate the issues and develop solutions to become the clients’ key advisor.  

 

Location: Atlanta, GA based hybrid position. No relocation budget available. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Use knowledge of systems and data analysis as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams 
• Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach 
• Translate business requirements into solution design 
• Lead business process current state discovery sessions and effectively gather current state workflows 
• Monitor multiple proprietary systems and trace alerts to troubleshoot the system configuration to prevent future alerts
• Submit API requests using tools such as Postman
• Facilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying process, interpersonal and technical gaps that need to be filled 
• Define and execute workflow-based end-user test scenarios 
• Assist with test data management and execution oversight 

What You’ll Bring 

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Technical Analyst or similar role in complex enterprise environments
• Experience in SQL (comfortable writing queries to pull and analyze data)
• Experience with Observability and monitoring tools (DataDog or equivalent), including error tracing and production issue screening
• Ability to work independently (self-starter) with minimal direction, while having an ownership mindset for assigned work
• Experience providing operational and production support, including triaging and resolving issues
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle a vast array of information 
• An understanding of the role of data management, information flow, and data governance issues 
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
