Responsibilities and Duties:  

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants.  
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.  
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.  
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.  
  • Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors.  
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.  
  • Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships.  
  • Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.  
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.  
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.  
  • Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs.  
  • Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.  
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance.  
  • Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.  
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.  
  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns.  
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.  
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.  
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership.  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of inside sales required
  • minimum 3 years of that green industry experience preferred

Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
  • Must have experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping, Golf Course, Turf, or Pest Control to be considered
