Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships.
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
- Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs.
- Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance.
- Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns.
- Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of inside sales required
- minimum 3 years of that green industry experience preferred
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must have experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping, Golf Course, Turf, or Pest Control to be considered
