Program Operations Specialist
Factored was conceived in Palo Alto, California by Andrew Ng and a team of highly experienced AI researchers, educators, and engineers to help address the significant shortage of qualified AI & Machine-Learning engineers globally. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Operations Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our programs. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, and collaborating across teams to deliver impact. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, project coordination, and building efficient systems.
What you will be doing:
Partner Program Management
- Collect, organize, and upload all past and current opportunities into the corresponding partner portals.
- Maintain up-to-date partner program documentation, submissions, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with partner teams to ensure proper reporting and tracking of program milestones.
Content & Success Story Management
- Gather customer success stories and collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to create blog posts and case studies.
- Align success stories with partner program requirements (e.g., Partner Points, tier advancement).
- Ensure timely publication and tracking of partner-related content.
Marketplace & Service Listings
- Create and upload marketplace service listings across partner platforms.
- Ensure listings meet partner guidelines and reflect current offerings.
- Regularly audit and update service delivery materials for accuracy and relevance.
Program Delivery & Coordination
- Organize and deliver service delivery program requirements (e.g., AWS services or equivalent partner programs).
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and program dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as the point of contact for partner-related operational needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Follow-Up
- Coordinate with Account Managers (AMs), Customer Success (CS), and Solution Architects (SAs) to align efforts with partner roadmaps.
- Follow up on action items to ensure commitments are delivered on time.
- Support partner engagement initiatives by aligning internal stakeholders on requirements and deadlines.
- Provide feedback on what’s working/not working in program operations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on program progress, partner portal submissions, and tier advancement metrics.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Develop standardized processes and playbooks for repeatable partner operations tasks.
What you bring to Factored:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, program management, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
