AI Enablement Trainer

Colombia

Fully remote | Complete engagement job

Founded in Palo Alto by Dr. Andrew Ng and Israel Niezen, Factored helps U.S. companies build and scale world-class AI, ML, and Data teams, powered by the top 1% of LATAM talent, with a defining purpose: To empower brilliant humans, unleash their potential, and amplify their impact in the world.

At Factored, you’ll be part of a community that values learning, ownership, and authenticity, where your growth is personal and your ideas matter. We’re transparent, curious, and collaborative. We strive for excellence, celebrate diversity, encourage curiosity, and build an environment where you can truly thrive.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly engaging AI Enablement Trainer to drive the adoption of Claude and Anthropic technologies inside our clients' organizations. In this role you will lead the delivery of activation packages, enterprise rollout programs, and hands-on teaching sessions that take employees — from developers to business teams to executives — from curious to capable. You will be the face of enablement in the room: teaching, coaching, unblocking, and building the momentum that turns a rollout into real, sticky adoption. This is an ideal role for a magnetic facilitator who combines genuine practical fluency with AI tools, strong program management instincts, and the ability to meet any audience where they are.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead live enablement — workshops, hands-on labs, and teaching sessions — that train employees across technical and non-technical roles to use Claude and Anthropic technologies confidently in their daily work. Adapt your delivery in real time to the room, whether it's a group of engineers, analysts, or senior leaders.
  • Own the on-the-ground delivery of enterprise rollout programs and activation packages: coordinating schedules and cohorts, managing the rollout roadmap, tracking adoption and engagement, and keeping client stakeholders aligned from kickoff through hand-off.
  • Serve as a trusted, credible guide for each client — building relationships, reading the room, surfacing blockers to adoption, and adjusting the program to keep momentum high.
  • Maintain strong, practical, up-to-date fluency with Claude and the broader Anthropic ecosystem — prompting techniques, common workflows, and real use cases — so you can demo live, answer real questions on the spot, and translate capabilities into relevant outcomes for each audience.
  • Tailor and refine existing enablement materials to fit specific clients, audiences, and use cases — adjusting examples, exercises, and depth without needing to build every program from scratch.
  • Capture what's working and what isn't across sessions — feeding adoption insights, common questions, and content gaps back to the team so activation packages and programs keep improving.
  • Partner with solutions, delivery, and partnerships teams to ensure enablement is aligned with the broader client engagement and rollout goals.

Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in enablement, technical training, learning & development, customer education, sales engineering, or a comparable client-facing teaching role — ideally in a technology, SaaS, or AI/ML context.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to teach and engage mixed audiences ranging from technical practitioners to business users to executives.
  • Strong, hands-on practical fluency with LLMs and AI tools (experience with Claude or the Anthropic ecosystem is a significant plus) — comfortable prompting, demoing live, and designing practical workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience running structured programs or rollouts — managing schedules, cohorts, stakeholders, and adoption outcomes across an organization.
  • The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, relevant value for non-technical audiences, and to hold credibility with technical ones.
  • High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the composure to adapt on the fly when a session or audience doesn't go as planned.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and for staying current in a fast-moving field — you actively relearn as the technology evolves.
  • Willingness to travel and deliver on-site with enterprise clients across the US as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; instructional design, adult-learning, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
  • Professional-level fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Benefits:

  • Ownership through equity participation.
  • Annual company retreat.
  • Education bonus for continuous learning.
  • Company-wide winter break.
  • Paid time off.
  • Optional in-person events and meetups.
  • Tailored career roadmaps.
  • High-performance culture.

At Factored, we believe that passionate, smart people expect honesty and transparency, as well as the freedom to do the best work of their lives while learning and growing as much as possible. Great people enjoy working with other passionate, smart people, so we believe in hiring right, and are very selective about who joins our team. Once we hire you, we will invest in you and support your career and professional growth in many meaningful ways. We hire people who are supremely intelligent and talented, but we recognize that intelligence is not enough. Perhaps more importantly, we look for those who are also passionate about our mission and are honest, diligent, collaborative, kind to others, and fun to be around. Life is too short to work with people who don’t inspire you.

We are a transparent workplace, where EVERYBODY has a voice in building OUR company, and where learning and growth are available to everyone based on their merits, not just on stamps on their resume. As impressive as some of the stamps on our resumes are, we recognize that human talent and passion exist everywhere, and come from many backgrounds, so stamps matter much less than results. All of us are dedicated doers and are highly energetic, focusing vehemently on execution because we know that the best learning happens by doing. We recognize that we are creating OUR COMPANY TOGETHER, which is not only a high-performing fast-growing business but is changing the way the world perceives the quality of technical talent in Latin America. We are fueled by the great positive impact we are making in the places where we do business and are committed to accelerating careers and investing in hundreds (and hopefully thousands) of highly talented data science engineers and data analysts.

In short, our business is about people, so we hire the best people and invest as much as possible in making them fall in love with their work, their learning, and their mission.  When not nerding out on data science, we love to make music together, play sports, play games, dance salsa, cook delicious food, brew the best coffee, throw the best parties, and generally have a great time with each other.
