In this role, you will:
- Support daily solid electrolyte production to meet both internal development needs and external customer demand.
- Lead and support solid electrolyte process development, scaling processes from lab-scale experiments to pilot line and eventually to full-scale production.
- Work closely with equipment vendors to support equipment selection, purchasing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation.
- Optimize and improve slurry preparation, coating, and drying processes to achieve consistent product quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and engineering to support process transfer and scale-up activities.
- bnjMaintain detailed documentation of process conditions, experimental results, and production data.
We are looking for people who:
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment, with a willingness to work hands- on in the lab and adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
• Have experience with coating processes, such as doctor blade coating or roll-to-roll coating, preferably in glovebox environments.
• Have experience with slurry preparation and mixing, including familiarity with different mixer types.
• Are detail-oriented with strong hands-on skills and good manual dexterity.
• Are a team player with strong communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues across different functions.

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
