Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented 3D Project Manager with specialized expertise in Browzwear to join our forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 3D projects, utilizing Browzwear software to streamline design processes and ensure the highest quality standards in virtual apparel development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation tailored to 3D design projects.
    • Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management.
    • Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a team of 3D designers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure the highest quality standards for all 3D models and virtual garments created using Browzwear.
    • Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to maintain consistency and accuracy.
    • Implement best practices for 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering within Browzwear.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Browzwear Expertise:
    • Utilize Browzwear software to create and manage 3D designs, virtual samples, and visualizations.
    • Integrate Browzwear workflows to streamline design and production processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and advancements in Browzwear.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance to the team.
    • Ensure the use of the most effective tools and techniques for project success.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in 3D technology.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Browzwear software.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

COMPENSATION

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
