Position Overview: 

FastSpring is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, critical to our global revenue operations. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain complex Salesforce configurations supporting sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams. Your expertise will help drive scalable revenue growth and operational excellence across FastSpring. This person will be the go-to CRM expert, mastering system interfaces, logic, and data utilization across key business functions. This position is essential in fostering a diverse and inclusive data-driven culture. 

Key Projects & Goals:

  • Ready to lead and drive transformational improvements on a 16-year-old Salesforce instance, advancing multiple critical enhancement initiatives.
  • Lead Salesforce modernization infrastructure project to shift operations focus from system maintenance to business enablement, increasing capacity across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Ops.
  • Overhaul Salesforce instance to simplify processes, increase sales time, enhance security, and reduce costs through system consolidation and vendor deprecation.
  • Improve sales efficiency by optimizing lead enrichment, modernizing the custom quote process, and upgrading contract capture and pricing enforcement.
  • Fix outdated automations affecting lead routing, account management, and customer interactions in Service Cloud.
  • Eliminate 50+ redundant integrations to streamline workflows and improve data integrity.
  • Improve MQL response time reporting, revenue capture metrics, and sales payroll calculations to enhance performance tracking.
  • Collaborate across CS, Marketing, Finance, People, Product, and IT to drive scalable, revenue-generating initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional Salesforce.com Administration experience supporting global teams in a highly complex, multi-entity enterprise environment.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation best practices, and experience managing enterprise data & SMB models.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin and additional certifications like Platform App Builder or comparable cert strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment on cross-functional requirements.

Technology & Systems:

  • Required:  Strong admin background in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, highly comfortable with Apex scripting and expertise in automations (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow rules).
  • Required:  Development & automation expertise: Hands-on experience building complex automations via Flows (including Screen, Record, and Platform Event-Triggered), Process Builder, and Apex classes/triggers, plus familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Python scripting.
  • AppExchange & Custom development: Experience configuring AppExchange apps, developing Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and leveraging SOQL/SOSL for scalable custom solutions.
  • Security, Access, and Reporting Leadership: Skilled in managing user provisioning and permissions, maintaining security health checks, and developing complex reports and dashboards to deliver actionable analytics.

The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees.
