The Position:

FastSpring's marketing team has an exciting mission: to showcase our world-class ecommerce platform to SaaS/Software, gaming, and other digital products globally. As part of that mission, we're seeking a talented Events Manager to bring their strategic vision and execution expertise to our event marketing initiatives. We want our presence at tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events to be memorable, impactful, and effective at generating valuable leads. That's where you come in!

The ideal candidate will hit the ground running to plan and execute exceptional event experiences that align with our brand and business objectives. You'll start by managing our existing event calendar, but quickly expand to play a strategic role in identifying new opportunities and elevating FastSpring's presence in the market. At first, you'll work within our established event framework, but soon you'll be innovating and optimizing our approach to maximize ROI and create standout brand experiences.

This role will focus on the complete event lifecycle - from researching industry events that align with our ideal customer profile, to managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and measuring outcomes. You might help organize everything from large industry tradeshows to intimate customer dinners, virtual webinars to executive speaking engagements. The most important part is creating cohesive, professional experiences that make complex payments solutions approachable and compelling through strategic event marketing.

You'll be joining a marketing team energized by both brand growth and professional development. Prepare for a tremendous learning opportunity with a team that boasts exceptional employee satisfaction scores and prides themselves on fostering an environment where creativity thrives, ideas are valued, and team members feel empowered to experiment and grow.

The title of this position is "Events Manager", but we're big believers that if you have a different title that more accurately describes your contributions, there should be flexibility. Bring your ideas around that and let's discuss.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
