About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to work directly with business leaders to scale teams, strengthen performance, and ensure our PX strategy is aligned to business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, People Operations, you’ll support complex, high-growth business groups and serve as the go-to advisor for leaders on organizational and people matters, working closely with the broader PX team to deliver integrated solutions that drive impact.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with executives and managers, ensuring PX strategy is aligned to business outcomes
- Lead quarterly business reviews with leaders to track progress, reset priorities, and anticipate future needs
- Shape organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies that prepare Fetch for scale
- Guide managers through performance management, OKR setting, and development planning to strengthen accountability and growth
- Use data, metrics, and AI-enabled insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence leadership action
- Navigate employee relations with discretion and clarity, balancing business risk with employee trust
- Design and deliver initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability
- Collaborate with the broader PX team to align people programs and processes with business priorities
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of broad HR experience in complex or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to connect business goals to people strategies that drive results
- Expertise in performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Strong influencing and coaching skills, including with executives
- Sound judgment and discretion in sensitive or high-stakes matters
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and AI-enabled tools to guide decisions
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (UKG, Greenhouse, Lattice, Culture Amp) is a plus

- HRBP team OKRs are clear, measurable, and delivered
- Employee experience improves in ways that strengthen growth, retention, and performance
- While the role has no direct reports, you’ll mentor junior HRBPs and help set the standard for strategic partnership at Fetch.
Compensation:
At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is 165,000 - 215,000. Discover our benefits and how our employees live rewarded at https://fetch.com/careers.
