You will learn metrology,GD&T, CNC , Injection molding , 3D printing technology, quality assurance knowledge and working on Fictiv customized manufacturing platform.
The ideal QC inspector candidate shares our love of details, commitment to high standards of design, and drive for perfection. Your role will be vital to ensuring the happiness of our customers by touching on multiple areas of our quality control process. You’ll be handling the next generation of hardware every day, and will be responsible for a significant part for the success of our customer’s projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete the daily inspection works timely according to the scheduled work orders
- Ensure that parts ship to customers according to our specifications
- If parts do not meet our standards, inform SQE and TPM to coordinate efforts to make good on our promises to our customers
- Follow the specified process and criteria to inspect the goods, take pictures, record down the required info. and upload to or fill out in specified systems.
- Ensure that parts are packed with good protection so that our shipment can be delivered safely to our customer.
- Ensure timely shipment booking with Fedex, UPS or DHL in order to meet our service level agreements
- Maintain shipping information in the Fictiv system so that other teams can trace the shipment to serve our customer.
Desired Traits
- Mechanical Engineer background preferred or experienced QC inspector.
- Ideally with 1~3 years manufacturing working experience.
- Experience on CNC Injection molding sheet metal inspection
- Passionate about intelligent manufacturing
- Possesses great attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in creating and optimizing processes and systems
- Passionate about continuously improving and learning
- Familiar with Projector CMM operation is plus
- Familiar with reading and understanding engineering drawings in English
