About the Role
Figure is looking for a creative and adaptable Product Manager or Senior Product Manager (level dependent on experience) to join our growing team! Do you excel at working cross-functionally by finding simple solutions to complex problems? As a PM on Figure’s lending technology product team, you will help build and own the next generation of consumer financial services products in a high speed, high performance, innovative environment.
This role will focus on the success of Figure’s flagship HELOC product with a focus on growth.
The role will report directly to the Direct of Product Management for HELOC.
What You’ll Do
- Define and Lead Growth Strategy: Develop and own the product growth roadmap, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Set bold goals to drive significant improvements across growth metrics.
- Drive Experimentation and Data-Driven Decision Making: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion funnels and retention. Leverage data insights to make strategic decisions and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with engineering, marketing, data science, and design to drive cohesive and innovative growth initiatives, from ideation through execution.
- Optimize User Journey: Identify and eliminate friction points in the user journey, creating seamless, delightful, and engaging product experiences that drive retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Track, measure, and communicate growth metrics, delivering actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Innovate Monetization Opportunities: Develop, test, and scale new revenue models, subscription plans, or pricing strategies to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and growth team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on growth, experimentation, and optimization
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies, ideally in a fast-scaling environment
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data tools (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and designing experiments to validate hypotheses
- Customer-centric approach with a knack for balancing user experience with business impact
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from ideation through execution in a cross-functional environment
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams toward shared goals
- Bonus: Experience with growth marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, or retention marketing
Salary
- Compensation Range: $125,500 - $159,500
- Quarterly 25% bonus target
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
