About Figure

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions.

By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes.

Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $22 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance.

About the Role

Figure is seeking an exceptional, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our New York City office of approximately 50 employees and growing. This is a dynamic, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises excellent judgment, and takes pride in making the people and teams around them more effective. The ideal candidate is a true self-starter who can anticipate needs, navigate complex logistics, manage competing priorities, and execute seamlessly with minimal oversight. No task is too big or too small; whether coordinating executive travel, organizing Board of Directors meetings, planning company offsites, or troubleshooting office issues, you approach every responsibility with ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail. Requires someone equally comfortable working closely with senior leadership and rolling up their sleeves to ensure the office runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO and CFO, serving as a trusted partner in managing their schedules, priorities, and day-to-day needs.
  • Own and proactively manage complex, frequently changing calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts, prioritizing competing demands, and coordinating engagements with investors, board members, and senior executives.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements—including flights, hotels, ground transportation, detailed itineraries, and expense reports—while actively monitoring plans and adapting to delays or schedule changes.
  • Oversee daily operations of Figure's NYC office for ~50 employees as the primary contact for operational needs, office vendors, building management, supplies, equipment, workplace services, onboarding logistics, and ad-hoc IT support.
  • Plan and execute executive/departmental offsites, leadership gatherings, and NYC office events, managing budgets, venues, catering, agendas, and vendor relationships.
  • Take ownership of special projects and cross-functional initiatives to support leadership.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment, with proven ability to manage complex calendars, frequent travel, and competing priorities.
  • Experience coordinating high-level meetings involving board members, investors, or senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, excellent written and verbal communication, high discretion, and proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Ability to work on-site in our NYC office Monday through Thursday.
  • Preferred: Experience in publicly traded companies, financial services, fintech, or high-growth tech businesses, along with familiarity with board meeting coordination, corporate governance calendars, workplace operations, or event planning.
  • Proactive mindset that anticipates needs, owns outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, remains calm under pressure, maintains a no-task-too-small mentality, and brings positive energy.
  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

Salary

  • Base Compensation Range: $95,200 - $142,800/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
  • Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
