BDR Manager, Americas
The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.
We're looking for a BDR Manager to build and scale our outbound business development function across the Americas. You'll lead teams in NYC, Bogota, and São Paulo, developing the strategies, processes, and talent that fuel our sales pipeline in one of the fastest-moving sectors in B2B.
This isn't a typical BDR management role. You'll be building the foundation of the future of blockchain and our global financial infrastructure by developing: regional go-to-market strategies, qualification frameworks, and the systems that help a distributed team overachieve in a high-velocity environment. You will own the pipeline number of the entire territory and required to execute to achieve those targets. You'll also be selling complex infrastructure into Chief Product Officers, CTOs, CEOs, Head of Business Development, treasurers at regulated financial institutions, which means coaching your team on multi-stakeholder deals, technical positioning, and executive-level engagement.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global BDR and is based in our New York office (hybrid, 3 days/week).
What You’ll Do
Build & Develop Talent
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp BDRs across North and South America, with direct oversight of teams in NYC and South America
- Provide ongoing coaching, enablement, and performance management to maximize individual and team capacity
- Create training programs that help BDRs navigate technical products, complex buyer personas, and regulated industries
Own Regional Strategy & Pipeline Generation
- Develop and execute segmentation strategies for new business development across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging customer segments
- Drive qualified pipeline creation through outbound motions that tie directly to ARR
- Optimize processes, messaging, and workflows to improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Marketing to establish lead quality standards, SLAs, and feedback loops that improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with regional Sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs, proper qualification, and strong opportunity conversion
- Work with Revenue Operations to refine systems, reporting, and forecasting accuracy
Operate & Optimize
- Build and maintain email templates, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks for outbound strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including pipeline generated, conversion rates, and team productivity
- Identify gaps in process, tools, or resources and drive solutions to eliminate friction
What You'll Bring
Required:
- 2-3+ years managing BDR or SDR teams with demonstrated success driving pipeline and team performance
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing business development professionals
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment operating in an ever-evolving market
- Operational chops: you've built processes, implemented tools, and used data to drive decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you've worked closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on strategy and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams across multiple regions or time zones
Strongly Preferred:
- Background in fintech, payments, financial services, or B2B SaaS selling into enterprise buyers
- Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or cryptocurrency ecosystems
- Experience building BDR programs from the ground up or scaling teams during high-growth phases

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
