The Role:
Can you architect and scale the systems that power a modern, high-velocity marketing engine? As Director, Marketing Operations, you will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our marketing tech stack: driving automation, integrations, data quality, and process excellence across the funnel.
You’ll own the infrastructure that enables our campaigns, supports segmentation and personalization, ensures clean reporting, and connects tightly with Sales and Product systems. You’ll also roll up your sleeves to execute basic campaigns and support cross-functional go-to-market needs.
As one of the initial marketing team, you’ll get to make your mark in defining the overall marketing strategy and motion in a highly dynamic market. This role is initially an individual contributor role, with scope to lead teams as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create. Own the marketing systems strategy, including HubSpot configuration, CRM integration, data schema, attribution modeling, enrichment pipelines across SLG and PLG motions
- Build. Build and scale our systems to support growth:
- Design and manage workflows, lead lifecycle programs, routing, scoring, and compliance frameworks across the funnel
- Connect marketing systems with sales, web, product, and analytics tools to enable a unified GTM motion; own and manage vendor relationships
- Execute. Support lightweight campaign builds and QA for email, forms, and landing pages; assist GTM teams in deploying on-brand, functional programs
- Measure. Ensure data accuracy and performance visibility across the marketing stack; build dashboards and reporting for campaign ROI, funnel health, and ops KPIs
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years owning digital and growth campaigns
- Deep expertise in HubSpot including workflow automation, form logic, CRM sync, reporting
- Strong understanding of end-to-end lead lifecycle, funnel reporting, and campaign execution
- Hands-on experience integrating tools across a GTM stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, web, product analytics, enrichment tools)
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Demonstrated “builder” mentality: self-motivation, excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication and influencing skills
- Ability frequently travel for on-site event coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
- Proven ability to scale marketing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience leading cross-functional ops initiatives with Sales, RevOps, and Web
- Experience with mult-modal GTM motions: PLG, SLG, Self-Serve, etc.
- Strong data hygiene and compliance mindset; familiarity with GDPR and lead governance
- Data storytelling skills to surface business impact and guide future investments
- Excellence in communication skills across all levels of the business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range is intended as a guideline and may be adjusted.
Base Pay Range (Plus Equity)
$175,000 - $220,000 USD
