You're a hands-on leader with experience in a similar role, who's excited to forge a new way to save.
What you’ll do:
- Leadership and direction of a small team of up to 3 direct reports. Providing guidance and SME knowledge on processes, setting objectives and supporting career development.
- Managing Banking partner relationships including the operational onboarding of new banks and products.
- Management of correspondent banking partnerships.
- Management and processing of Daily/Real time updates of platform bank product rates.
- Management and processing of X-border Payments.
- Management and processing of Settlements.
- Management, creation and processing of Reconciliations.
- Management and creation of risk reporting.
- Creation and ongoing development of policies and procedures.
- Identification and management of process improvements including feature and user story creation.
- Managing user acceptance testing.
- Stakeholder management including Product, technology, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Senior Management.
What you’ll bring:
Skills, experience & qualifications (required):
- 9+ years financial services experience including working knowledge of correspondent & partner banking relationship management, management and processing of payments, settlements & reconciliations, product management user story creation and planning/delivery/testing and stakeholder management.
- Deposit aggregator business exposure.
- Working knowledge of Virtual Account models.
- Working knowledge of X-border payments.
- Experience working with Risk & Compliance.
- Experience in completing user profile reviews of system access including external (banking platform) access.
- Experience in establishing new teams.
- Experience in providing SME training on processes.
Skills, experience & qualifications (Preferred):
- MMF (Money market funds) & Structured products.
- Experience in managing implementations and migrations of reconciliation platforms.
