You're a dynamic and experienced trainer with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving sales performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of customer-centric strategies and financial compliance. If you're ready to make a significant impact by equipping teams with the skills to excel, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for customer experience and sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct interactive workshops and on-the-job coaching to improve service excellence and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires to accelerate their readiness in customer-facing roles.
  • Ensure all training programs align with FCA Consumer Duty regulations and other compliance standards.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in training roles within customer service, sales, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer engagement strategies, and consumer protection regulations.
  • Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs, both in-person and online.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.
