Senior Product Marketing Manager, Analytics

Remote - USA

Fleetio is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our data and insights products—spanning analytics, benchmarking, reporting, and ROI storytelling, that involves building products (0→1) as well as driving an expansion motion through both existing plans and new add-ons.

We're seeking a product marketer who can shape the voice of the rapidly scaling fleet insights category, drive thought leadership, and help define how the industry understands fleet management data and insights.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled, hands-on PMM who strives to translate complexity into clarity, align product value with buyer needs, and deliver thoughtful, impactful GTM plans. You'll report to the Manager, Product Marketing in a impactful Product Marketing team.

A little about us… Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations around the world manage their fleet operations. Transportation technology is a hot market and we’re leading the charge, with raving fans and new customers signing up every day. We raised $450M in our Series D funding round in March of 2025 and are on an exciting trajectory as a company. Fleetio is also a proud founding member of the Rails Foundation!

More about our team and company:

Your Impact:

Product & Market Strategy

  • Design and scale GTM frameworks—for positioning, ICP definition, segmentation, solutions mapping, and adoption growth—moving beyond launch checklists to create repeatable excellence across the organization.
  • Operate as a senior strategic partner across Product, Sales, CX, Marketing, BizOps, and leadership. Influence roadmap by representing the voice of the market, anticipate objections, and drive alignment on measurable outcomes (ARR growth, adoption, expansion, retention).
  • Lead zero-to-one and expansion motions with executive-level narratives that connect product strategy to clear business impact.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on our reporting & analytics products—deeply understanding how fleets measure performance, building ROI-driven narratives, and shaping how Fleetio competes and wins.
  • Shape product strategy by synthesizing competitive analysis, market trends, and structured voice-of-buyer insights into actionable recommendations for roadmap prioritization and executive decision-making.
  • Import and adapt external best practices from world-class product marketing teams, elevating Fleetio’s bar for strategy, execution, and outcomes.

Go-to-Market Planning

  • Own and operationalize end-to-end GTM plans across the product lifecycle, aligning leadership and cross-functional teams on business outcomes, success metrics, and growth levers.
  • Work backwards from measurable outcomes (pipeline creation, ARR, NRR, adoption, retention) to design GTM strategies that achieve lasting impact—not just launch execution.
  • Build multi-wave, multi-channel campaigns (sales plays, lifecycle, demand gen, enablement) that sustain momentum beyond launch and accelerate revenue expansion.

Messaging & Enablement

  • Translate complex product functionality into differentiated, buyer-centric narratives that map features → use cases → business outcomes, reinforced with ROI proof.
  • Develop ROI-focused content and tools (messaging docs, launch briefs, calculators, sales decks) that increase sales confidence, shorten deal cycles, and improve win rates.
  • Build feedback loops with Sales, CX, and Customer Marketing to continuously optimize messaging, campaign performance, and customer-facing ROI storytelling.
  • Actively test, measure, and iterate messaging and enablement effectiveness across channels—owning the learning cycle to ensure continuous improvement.

Customer & Competitive Insight

  • Lead primary and secondary research programs (ICP validation, segmentation studies, win/loss, competitive intelligence) that directly inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Capture ROI proof from existing accounts—usage data, customer stories, benchmarks—and transform it into compelling content for sales and marketing.
  • Synthesize insights into executive-level recommendations for positioning, pricing, packaging, and growth strategy.
  • Anticipate market shifts and proactively recommend new plays and adoption strategies based on leading indicators.

Executional Excellence

  • Set the quality bar for product marketing deliverables, from strategy docs to launch campaigns, and mentor PMMs to reach that standard.
  • Present confidently to executives, customers, and external audiences—leading with data, ROI proof, and business outcome framing.
  • Track adoption, usage, and measurable impact of GTM initiatives—owning the narrative on whether GTM is driving ROI, ARR growth, and retention, and recommend pivots where needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure GTM plays are aligned, realistic, and tightly executed, balancing strategic ambition with operational excellence.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience in a rapidly scaling company. Fleet experience preferred.
  • Background in bringing technical, data analytics, and/or AI-driven products to market, with a deep understanding of how these technologies deliver customer value and business impact.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-level, cross-functional GTM campaigns that deliver measurable ARR/NRR impact.
  • Deep understanding of persona development, buyer journeys, and value-based messaging.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner—precise with words, structured in thinking, and trusted for delivery.
  • Comfortable speaking at internal and external events.

Benefits

  • Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% employee coverage, 50% coverage for family)
  • Vision insurance
  • Incentive stock options
  • 401(k) match of 4%
  • PTO - 4 weeks
  • 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays
  • Parental leave- birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks)

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
