Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for spear-heading user research to uncover customer pain-points and strategic business opportunities. Additionally, they will lead a team of engineers and partner with our operations and commercial teams to deliver a complex roadmap of both product and process solutions. Their work will be a crucial part of unlocking Flexe growth and top-line revenue. This job reports to the Director, Distribution or the Sr. Manager, Technical Product Management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products within the Flexe Logistics Platform.
  • Define what success looks like using meaningful and innovative methods of measurement.
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to execute your product vision
  • Spearhead user research efforts focused at understanding both internal and external customers.
  • Become a domain expert in both the Flexe platform as well as the landscape for logistics solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager.
  • 3+ years of experience working with supply chain systems (ERP, OMS, IMS, WMS, TMS) or equivalent technologies (e.g. material handling system).
  • Experience incorporating user feedback and business strategy to craft long term product strategy and vision.
  • Track-record of building trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives.
  • Proven experience transforming multiple solutions into a cohesive platform.
  • Strong technical background with a proven ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience as an engineer or engineering manager.

The salary range for this role is $141,750 to $199,100 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package.
