Our cloud-based software platform connects to 1300+ warehouse operators across North America, making the process of sourcing, operating and scaling logistics services fast and efficient. Flexe.com
Flexe is looking for a hands-on digital marketer to own our website and build the inbound demand engine that runs on top of it. This is a high-impact, builder role split roughly evenly between two halves: owning and continuously improving Flexe.com (WordPress, site performance, technical SEO, .and AI-search visibility), and running demand generation programs (campaigns, marketing automation, landing pages, and webinars) that grow pipeline. The ideal candidate has been there and done that in WordPress and technical SEO, can personally improve site speed and Core Web Vitals, and is equally comfortable building a nurture campaign or a high-converting landing page. They thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong bias for action, and ideally bring B2B technology and logistics experience. This person owns the website and the organic-and-inbound demand engine as their primary surfaces, with the range to flex across SEO/AEO, content, social, webinars, and events as priorities evolve. Initially, the website and its technical foundation are the top priority, with demand-generation programs ramping as the site stabilizes; over time, the role balances roughly evenly across both halves. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & RevOps.
This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office, and does require being onsite 3 days out of the week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays).
IN YOUR FIRST YEAR, YOU WILL
- Take full ownership of Flexe.com and measurably improve site speed and Core Web Vitals, keeping them in the passing range as new pages and templates ship.
- Lead a website consolidation and migration, partnering with engineering to make our self-serve product surfaces crawlable and indexable by search engines and AI assistants.
- Grow Flexe's organic visibility across traditional search and AI answer engines (AEO), recovering and extending rankings for our category.
- Build and scale the inbound demand engine: nurture and lifecycle programs, high-converting landing pages, and a recurring webinar program that generates and accelerates pipeline.
- Bring day-to-day web and campaign execution in-house, reducing reliance on outside agencies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(50%) Website, WordPress & Organic Growth (SEO / AEO)
- Own, build, and continuously improve Flexe's web presence (i.e., Flexe.com) on WordPress (Elementor, WP Rocket, Yoast), fronted by Cloudflare, including hands-on publishing and page building.
- Improve and protect site performance, including page speed and Core Web Vitals, to deliver a fast, high-quality experience across mobile and desktop.
- Manage technical site health and SEO hygiene: redirects, canonical tags, robots and crawl directives, XML sitemaps, and schema / structured-data markup.
- Lead website projects end-to-end, including site consolidation and migrations, information architecture, and partnering with engineering to make self-serve product surfaces crawlable and indexable by search engines and AI assistants.
- Grow organic visibility across traditional search and AI answer engines (SEO + AEO); own the SEO/AEO toolset and a top-keyword content program, and maintain the content/article hub.
(50%) Demand Generation
- Build and run marketing automation, email, and nurture programs (Pardot/Outreach), including lifecycle and newsletter / subscriber-growth programs.
- Build and optimize landing pages and conversion paths (CRO) that turn traffic into pipeline.

- Help orchestrate webinars end-to-end, including registration pages, email promotion, reminders, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide support for events and field-marketing activations as needed.
- Manage lead capture, forms, and routing hygiene, and report on demand-generation program performance in partnership with RevOps on attribution and tracking (GTM).
