What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new revenue across MM accounts with $50K–$150k+ deal sizes
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Engineering to guide potential buyers
- Influence product direction by sharing customer feedback and needs
- Establish and grow relationships within Customer Experience and Digital Experience officers across the Ecom/Retail vertical
Who You Are, As A Person
- Previous start up tech sales experience in complex B2B SaaS (cloud, DevOps, ML/AI, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable selling to technical and business stakeholders
- Experience selling $250K+ ACV deals with long, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Excellent communicator with high intellectual curiosity and drive
- Thrive on building long-term, authentic relationships with prospective clients, vendors, partners, and existing customers

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for bonus and/or commission as well as equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.
Compensation Range:
$60,000 - $100,000 USD
