IT Operations Manager

About the role

As a remote company, our team’s IT experience is a critical part of our employee experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting our IT systems to our business objectives and enabling our team to do great work.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing technical support to our team, including troubleshooting hardware or software issues
  • Creating and implementing policies and best practices
  • Manage company-wide IT projects, such as system updates or upgrades
  • Conducting audits to ensure the integrity and security of our tech infrastructure
  • Exploring and assessing potential new vendors or software to support our growing team

This is an individual contributor role that reports to our Operations Lead. Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in Poland.

Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as an IT admin, with experience with security training and audits preferred
  • Have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Are passionate about problem-solving - No matter how big or small the task, you’re motivated to try out different ideas and find the right solution
  • Excel at thoughtful execution - You ask questions, do research, and take the time to build a strong foundation before diving into the tactical steps
  • Are experience oriented - You recognize that details are important, and prioritize the details that make the greatest impact on the experience of our team and our clients
