- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups (must be comfortable and experienced with group therapy)
- Conduct community outreach and engagement calls to oncology providers, clinics, and support networks to raise awareness about Forge’s services and availability
- Complete initial assessments, treatment plans, safety planning, and documentation in alignment with clinical and compliance standards
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team and participate in team meetings, case consultations, and program development efforts
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in continued education and growth efforts as the program evolves
How we define success:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Independently licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) in one or more of our operating states (NY, NJ, PA, NH, MA)
- Willingness to become cross-licensed (support available)
- Prior experience or strong interest in psycho-oncology, grief, medical trauma, or chronic illness
- Must be comfortable leading groups and offering care via telehealth and/or in-person
- Strong interpersonal and outreach skills to build and maintain community relationships
