We provide an enriching role in treating lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions and ongoing support by clinical supervisors. We partner with pediatricians to maximize our clinicians’ chances of success.

How compensation works

  • Fort Health offers a customizable caseload to suit your needs and circumstances.
  • Full-time therapists are expected to deliver a minimum of 15 clinical hours/week.
  • Flexibility to adjust your capacity and earnings each month
  • A typical therapist delivers 28 clinical hours/week and earn $85,000 not including bonuses

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET
  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET

What We're Looking For

  1. Licensed: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in Texas (multiple state licenses preferred).
  2. Experienced: 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth.
  4. Tech savvy: able to use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
  5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
