The Role:

We’re looking for an organised and curious Graduate HR Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career who’s eager to learn how people processes work end-to-end — and isn’t afraid to fix things when they don’t run as smoothly as they should. You’ll play a key role in keeping our HR data accurate, supporting with policy and process improvements, and ensuring our employees have a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative People team where you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of HR — from data management to policy design and process improvement. We’ll invest in your growth and help you build a strong foundation for your career in People Operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee data across our HR systems (Hibob), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with our benefits provider to manage employee enrolments and changes.
  • Assist with drafting and updating company policies and employment documentation.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Own the full onboarding and offboarding process — from system setup to exit administration — ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
  • Support process optimization within Hibob and other HR tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the People team as needed.

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen Ai hub!

What are we looking for?

We hire for potential – you don’t need a marketing degree or technical background. You should apply if you:

  • You’re eager to learn and grow your HR knowledge and career.
  • You’re organised and have great attention to detail.
  • You enjoy understanding how systems and processes fit together.
  • You’re proactive about spotting inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
  • You have a genuine interest in people operations, employee experience, and HR systems.
  • Previous HR or administrative experience (e.g. internship, placement year, or similar) is a plus, but not essential
