Vice President of Employee Benefits Account Management
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Vice President Employee Benefits Account Management to their, The Warner Companies, team in Timonium, MD.
We’re seeking a strategic, client-focused leader to oversee account management operations and drive growth across a diverse book of business. This senior-level role combines relationship management, team leadership, and business development.
Essential Functions:
- Lead overall client service delivery and strategic account planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including C-suite engagement
- Drive renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities
- Guide and mentor account management teams
- Collaborate on wellness initiatives, client solutions, and internal processes
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in insurance products, compliance, and healthcare reform
- Proven ability to craft multi-year benefits strategies and model financial impacts
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers and clients
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver innovative solutions
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or 10+ Years of Relevant Experience (RHU or CLU preferred)
- 10+ years in health and welfare account management (100+ lives)
- 7+ years managing account teams
- Active Life & Health License
This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Transparency Range
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
