Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Cybersecurity Coordinator to their team in Longwood, FL.

Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Coordinator provides essential administrative and organizational support to the Information Security team. This role focuses on coordinating cybersecurity-related activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between departments—especially IT, HR, and Compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to support cybersecurity initiatives.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
Assist in coordinating vendor assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
Maintain organized records of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications for the CISO and team.
Monitor shared inboxes and route inquiries appropriately.
Help organize cybersecurity awareness campaigns and employee training sessions.
Coordinate logistics for webinars, workshops, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Track progress on cybersecurity projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Support documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn basic concepts.

Hybrid work model with occasional on-site meetings in Ormond Beach or Longwood.
