Event Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator within the IDG Events Group (NA) will work primarily with the marketing team to provide project support for various marketing and events programs. All marketing activities will align with department KPIs for multi-sponsored and single-sponsored events.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Sys Admin/Super User of Project Mgmt. Software and support team within the tool (Monday.com).
- Event registration set-up for all single-sponsor and multi-sponsor events in Cvent and SFDC
- Primary point for registration template standardization/maintenance across single and multi-sponsor events.
- Kick-off marketing production with the creation of boards on Monday.com for both single-sponsor and multi-sponsor events.
- Vet registrations for multi-sponsor events.
- Travel to in-person events in the US to facilitate event registration and the customer service area.
- Create and distribute post-event reports for marketing/audience analysis and sales support.
- Manage event postings on editorial brand website event pages and corporate website (CIO.com, csoonline.com, etc).
- Support the marketing team on target matching lists for target-only roundtables.
- Assist with the production and proofing of marketing materials and collateral.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Director, Web Development, and Creative teams to conduct website updates in Cvent and WordPress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience working in meetings and events is a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Medium level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- This role will be remote for now in the US Eastern Time zone, with potentially a hybrid work schedule in the future.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The anticipated total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $55,000 and $65,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
