About the role
We’re looking for a strategic product marketing leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, and go-to-market strategy to lead product marketing for our suite of AI-powered hiring solutions. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the product marketing strategy as we transition from traditional LLM-based automation to a cutting-edge agentic AI architecture.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Revenue Operations to translate sophisticated technology into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates across technical and non-technical audiences, from developers to enterprise buyers. Your work will shape how the market perceives our innovation and how we enable customer success at scale.
What you'll be doing
- Translate complex customer needs into product requirements, collaborating closely with product management and AI engineering teams
- Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and features, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment across functions and consistent messaging across channels
- Lead product launches, managing timelines, resources, and communications across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
- Define and evolve product positioning and messaging, based on market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence
- Build sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and training programs to empower Sales teams
- Develop and scale GTM programs for different customer segments, including SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
- Own competitive intelligence, surfacing actionable insights that inform the roadmap and positioning.
- Partner with RevOps and Sales to refine pricing, packaging, and channel strategy based on data and market feedback
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunity areas, and gaps in our current product-market fit
- Translate infrastructure and model changes into benefit-driven messaging that drives adoption and advocacy
What you should bring
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven success launching AI/ML or developer-first platforms, preferably with agentic or LLM-based architectures
- A builder’s mindset: outcome-oriented, pragmatic, and collaborative
- Experience leading product marketing teams and scaling GTM strategies globally
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong instincts for user-centric messaging and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify the complex and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills: you manage cross-functional projects from ideation to execution with minimal oversight
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to tailor product marketing to support each stage
- Previous experience in HR tech, recruiting software, or workflow automation tools is a strong plus
Even if you do not meet all the requirements above, we still encourage you to apply for this position. While we try to be thorough with our prerequisites, not everything about you as a candidate can be condensed into a list of bullet points. What do you have to lose?
