  • Maintain working knowledge of parts locations across both warehouse buildings
  • Locate misplaced or missing parts through systematic search before escalating
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical stock against system records
  • Manage parts transfers between buildings as needed
  • Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs before they affect fulfillment
  • Place and manage parts orders through Four Hands' international office, communicating part numbers, quantities, and urgency
  • Track open orders and follow up on delayed inbound shipments
  • Respond to emails from Customer Service, Quality, and other internal teams regarding parts availability and order status
  • Communicate proactively when an order cannot ship as expected
  • Navigate WMS and basic computer systems independently; troubleshoot minor issues before escalating
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
  • Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
    • Be open and honest
    • Reach for excellence
    • Act with responsibility
    • Value the whole person
    • Enjoy the journey

The Ideal Person

  • 2+ years in warehouse operations or inventory control
  • Experience with a WMS; Körber (Infios) strongly preferred
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Strong attention to detail in scanning, picking, and location management
