Procurement Administrator (F/M/D)
Location: We are flexible! Come and join us either in Barcelona, Berlin, or Hamburg.
We are looking for a reliable, data driven and highly motivated Procurement Administrator who is interested in improving and maintaining procurement processes into a fast paced and super international company.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
- Synergies with Lyft processes and tools
- Assisting procurement managers in the procurement journey: vendor sourcing, NDA collection, Market research, RFP management, Invoicing, etc.
- Management of tail spend
- Leveraging AI capabilities (Claude, Gemini, etc) to support Procurement use cases
- Communication and collaboration with cross functional teams: legal, finance, data protection, infosecurity, etc.
- Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and to help smart decision making
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
- Organisational and analytical skills
- Experience abroad
- Very good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel
- Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
- Appetite to explore and implement AI use cases
