About 

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer on behalf of our client, Unrivaled Teamwear. Unrivaled Teamwear serves as the parent company of industry leaders such as Champion® Teamwear, Gear for Sports®, and Knights Apparel.

As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating and auditing custom graphics for screen-printed sports apparel. You will create high-quality designs sensitive to aesthetics while maintaining specific production and efficiency goals. This position is centered around learning and developing an understanding of basic screen-printing processes.

On a day-to-day basis, this means:

• Project Management: Pull and self-assign projects through an online Art/Order dashboard.
• Design Execution: Produce custom designs specified on orders tied to defined products, decoration processes, and graphic concepts.
• Compliance: Follow brand standards, licensing guidelines, garment specifications, and manufacturing requirements to create successful garment decorations.
• Quality Control: Run spell check on every art piece and assist with double proofing and quality auditing as job knowledge increases.
• Collaboration: Work with Senior Artists to troubleshoot files , coordinate with Graphic Services on color separation for screens , and work with sales reps or licensors to edit art files.
• Workflow: Manage orders to meet all deadlines and ship date requirements and save files to appropriate network locations.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4+ years of professional experience strictly in an apparel, screen-printing, or promotional products environment.
• Education: Degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related experience.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Mac OS and advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator.
• Design Knowledge: Professional design skills with a strong understanding of typography and printing processes.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability: Ability to work in US/CST hours and overtime during peak demands (daily and weekends).

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $500-$600 monthly
• Environment: Opportunity to work with a highly respected US-based custom apparel manufacturer alongside talented in-house artists.
• Type: WFH contract role starting immediately. 
• Shift: Requires working a night shift to overlap with the US-based team (CST)
