Scaled Partner Associate
About Frontier
Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York based, fast-growing, fully-remote, 150-person company that has most of our team in India and Philippines. A few years ago Fresh Prints started helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we decided to spin out a new company to focus exclusively on that and call it Frontier.
Here at Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people, and we place them into the best companies. In three years, we’ve never lost a client.
If you like one of the Frontier roles, and you apply, and you’re accepted, we’ll screen you with a couple of internal interviews, and will work on getting you an interview for a full-time job within the month.
Think of us as your personal talent agent, and good luck with the application :)
The Role
We are seeking a Partner Associate to own Intelligems' long-tail partner base — a 200+ account portfolio of agency partners that do not qualify for a dedicated partner manager (including new partners and “Sapphire”/tier 3). Reporting to the Director of Agency Partnerships, this role will keep unowned partners active, informed, and referring through a fully digital-first, written motion.
This is not a partner manager role. It's programmatic activation — email sequences, scaled outreach, and onboarding support — with clear escalation paths to a partner manager when a partner shows high potential.
About the Company
There are millions of e-commerce businesses around the world. The vast majority of them guess about how to price their products and end up leaving money on the table. Intelligems helps these entrepreneurs succeed by giving them the tools to be data-driven on pricing. They aim to provide independent e-commerce stores access to the same revenue optimization tools that power the growth and profitability of companies like Amazon and Uber.
Key Responsibilities
Partner management
-
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all unowned partners (200+ partners, including new, inactive, and Tier 3 partners), handling inbound questions about their account, referral status, program mechanics, and the Intelligems product
- Run signal-based outreach to partners in this pool, flagging relevant moments like new clients or account overlaps, referral eligibility, spiff programs, or product updates
- Keep partners engaged and informed without a call-based motion, owning the written relationship end to end
- Build and maintain lightweight enablement assets for the long-tail pool (email templates, FAQs, quick-reference guides) so partners can self-serve and refer with confidence
- Identify partners showing signs of activation or high potential and surface them to the appropriate partner manager
Operations
-
- Own HubSpot hygiene for the partnerships org, keeping partner records, contact associations, and deal attribution accurate
- Manage partner program onboarding logistics end to end, ensuring new partners are set up in the partner portal, Slack, and other tools
- Review inbound partner applications and referrals for program fit and eligibility, and handle approval workflows
- Aggregate insights from digital interactions to influence roadmap and process — surfacing recurring partner questions, blockers, or product feedback to the Partnerships and Product teams
- Collaborate with Sales and CS to ensure smooth handoffs when long-tail partners refer active prospects
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Strong written communicator: clear, direct, and personable; able to manage a relationship entirely over email and Slack without it feeling transactional
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with CRM data
- Proactive, noticing when something needs attention and handling it without being asked
- Process-oriented — naturally looks for ways to templatize, automate, or scale repetitive work rather than handling each partner one-off
- Comfortable working across tools like HubSpot, Slack, Pylon, and Euler
- Interest in SaaS, or the Shopify/ecommerce ecosystem a plus
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you'll be measured on:
- Referral activity from the long-tail pool — volume of referrals originating from unowned partners quarter over quarter
- Partner activation rate — percentage of the 200+ account portfolio that engages (opens, clicks, responds, or refers) within a rolling 90-day window
- Inbound response time — partners in this pool get timely, helpful replies without needing to chase
- HubSpot data quality — partner records, contact associations, and deal attribution are consistently accurate and up to date
- Escalation quality — partners surfaced to a PM are genuinely high-potential, not noise
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Learning opportunities
- Working in a great culture
