Job Title: Personal Assistant/Household Manager
Location: Newport Coast, CA (residence)
Position Summary:
Friendly Franchisees Corporation is seeking an organized and proactive Household Manager/Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both personal and professional matters. This role involves managing a variety of administrative, household, and personal tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
· Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and communications.
· Process payroll for household staff and prepare reports/documents.
· Coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential information, and follow up on tasks.
2. Household and Personal Management:
· Oversee daily household operations, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
· Handle cleaning, organizing, stocking, personal errands, and light cooking when needed.
3. Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Apple devices.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
· Open availability for flexible hours between 6 AM and 8 PM. 20-35 hours/week
· Train new staff and undertake special projects as assigned.
Objectives of the Role:
· Ensure smooth household operations and support the CEO.
· Maintain high standards of organization, confidentiality, and communication.
Qualifications:
· Experience in household or personal assistant roles.
· Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Hourly Rate: $25 - $35/hour, based on experience.
Hours vary between 25-30 hours
· Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO).
