Midweight Designer
We are thrilled to be recruiting a Designer to Mid-weight Designer to join our team, working on one of the world’s biggest FMCG brands.
We are looking for someone multi-disciplined and willing to turn their hand to a wide range of different projects. In this role you’ll be working on age-restricted products, and across regions and markets where levels of restriction vary – meaning the brand has to push the levels of creativity!
You’ll work on diverse projects, from global POS toolkits to video production, live activation and ATL. A great opportunity to build experience and grow your skillset, working alongside two experienced Lead Designers.
You’ll report into the Head of Design and work closely with the Creative Director on a day to day basis.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree qualification or equivalent in Design
- Solid agency experience working in a similar role for 3+ years
- You’re a stickler for detail, every single time
- You can use your initiative to interrogate the brief and offer solid solutions
- You like learning new things and look to bring fresh creativity into your work
- You communicate clearly and can explain your thoughts and ideas succinctly
- You thrive on working on multiple projects and don’t take it personally when feedback comes in
- You’re a natural at building rapport and bring a sense of humour to ‘the office’
- Skilled in Adobe CC core programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- You enjoy solving challenges – either as directed by a CD or by adding your own flair
- You have the ability to collaborate across disciplines
- You’re patient, level- headed and cool under pressure
- You have a passion for creative arts and advertising
- You want exposure to a variety of work that will help you grow and learn
It’s not essential but will help if you have knowledge of:
- After Effects / Premier at moderate level
- Figma /equivalent UX design programmes
- Experience of Cinema 4D
