Sr. CRM Marketing Associate

United States

About the Role:

Health E-commerce is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for bringing our personalized lifecycle marketing programs to life across email and SMS channels.

You will be the engine behind our day-to-day CRM execution — building, QAing, and deploying communications that reach millions of subscribers. You will support the execution and optimization of triggered lifecycle flows while also maintaining our broadcast email calendar. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Above all, you embody the Health-E Commerce mission of making healthcare products and services accessible, affordable, and easy to understand — so people can confidently manage their healthcare benefits wherever they are.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Build, QA, and schedule campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels with an immaculate degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Own the end-to-end email build process within our CRM platform, ensuring all content, links, and personalization are correct before deployment
  • Set up, QA, and manage tests for email broadcasts and triggered lifecycle flows
  • Execute on triggered lifecycle flows’ updates and optimizations, including creative refreshes, segment targeting, and more
  • Maintain our email calendar, keeping all sends, deadlines, and stakeholder dependencies organized and up to date
  • Manage calendar changes and additions, communicating impacts proactively to relevant stakeholders and flagging bottlenecks that could affect on-time delivery
  • Liaise with project managers to maintain accurate project timelines and flag any changes that affect the send schedule
  • Identify and recommend calendar optimizations to improve efficiency and subscriber experience
  • Conduct ad-hoc channel-level analyses to surface performance trends and identify improvement opportunities

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum if 3–5 years of experience in a CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing role
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a CRM or email service provider platform such as Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch errors before they ship and take pride in the quality of your output
  • Consistent bias for action and ability to follow through – you notice what needs to be done and execute on it proactively
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent workstreams without sacrificing quality
  • Comfort with marketing analysis and performance reporting — you can dig into channel-level data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency working cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and project management teams to gather inputs and deliver on time
  • Customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in delivering a best-in-class subscriber experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus, but not required
  • Curiosity about healthcare, telehealth, and healthcare benefits is a plus

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
