Role Overview
- Work with Art Director and Creative Director to produce all invites for events as well as oversee send-out and RSVP management for all Events.
- Work with the PR Assistant to tag-team all in-house Press Previews and coordination of needed product, romance, guest list and event logistics (food, beverage, set-up, take down, etc.)
- Work with Event Director to coordinate all pre and post-event logistics while also serving as a liaison between Events team and internal regional teams.
- Attend and assist all Events meetings (i.e. note-taking, meeting prep, post-meeting to do lists)
- Maintain relationships with local vendors, oversee all payments, and work with the Marketing Manager to properly code all spend and accurately stay on budget.
- Manage all internal Events Requests and advise with appropriate timing, location and aesthetic suggestions and alignment with our brand.
- Coordinate and help execute all needed design elements for events (tablecloths, napkins, place cards, menus, gifts, etc.) and maintain relationships with all external and internal vendors and teams.
- Keep a pulse on all local events and venues happening in said region as to avoid hosting events in the same places other brands and competitors use.
- Assist the Events Director in any day-to-day tasks, organizational asks, or administrative work.
- Travel and assist with day-of event set-up and breakdown for necessary larger out-of-town events.
- Help coordinate and manage all Certificates of Insurance, On-site Permits, Invoices, and Down Payments for all Vendors and Venues
- Assist Events Director in yearly coordination and overall organization of current and following year event requests.
- Export bi-weekly calendars and assist in communicating Events updates/changes to Creative Director and assist Events Director in keeping all teams updated, aware and notified of changes

Salary Range
$45,000 - $50,000 USD
