Non IC Forklift Operator - C01, IC

Our Opportunity:

We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Non-Inventory Control Forklift Operator at our Dallas, TX Fulfillment Center. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Inbound Manager to manage the flow of non-inventory goods, such as supplies and corrugate, ensuring efficient operations. As part of the team, you will work across various departments to maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. What You Will Do:

  • Unload and accurately store all corrugate and non-inventory supplies from incoming trailers in a timely manner
  • Inspect the quality and quantity of incoming supplies, verifying them against the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Packing Slip for accuracy
  • Organize supplies efficiently for both Outbound and Inbound departments
  • Set up operations for success by strategically placing supplies in designated areas to optimize workflow
  • Assist in locating missing or damaged non-inventory supplies through research and investigation
  • Act as a backup for daily cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Support pallet collection and placement on the recycling trailer when needed
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse when required
  • Perform any additional tasks as needed to support warehouse operations

What You Will Need:

  • Flexibility to work across all shifts and adapt to changing schedules
  • Willingness to work overtime as required to meet business demands
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching frequently
  • Expertise in operating powered equipment, including Reach trucks, Dock stockers, Clamps, and Double Pallet Jacks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for optimal challenge resolution
  • Ambition and innovation in developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration with team members
