Location: Remote (must reside in the St. Louis, MO metro area)
FuseGlobal has delivered high-quality staffing solutions to enterprise clients across the U.S. for more than 25 years. We work closely with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations, supporting mission-critical initiatives through experienced contract talent.
We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take ownership of sourcing and delivering candidates for contract roles across multiple disciplines.
The Role
This is a highly autonomous recruiting role. You will manage your own workload, prioritize open requirements, and drive searches from intake through candidate submission—without daily oversight.
You will focus primarily on sourcing, not account management or sales.
The contract roles you will recruit for include:
- Manufacturing & Engineering (Project, Packaging, Automation & Controls)
- IT & Technical Specialists
- Analysts and Project Managers
- Select marketing and digital roles
These positions support large, complex organizations and require accuracy, speed, and strong judgment.
What You’ll Own
- Independently source and qualify candidates for contract roles supporting large enterprises
- Quickly assess role requirements and identify appropriate candidate profiles
- Execute targeted searches rather than high-volume, generic outreach
- Manage fluctuating workloads—periods of urgency followed by quieter intervals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
- Maintain high ethical standards in candidate representation and client interaction
What This Role Requires
- Proven experience recruiting contract talent, ideally for enterprise clients
- Demonstrated success working independently in a remote environment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, direct outreach)
- Sound judgment when evaluating candidate fit and readiness
- Comfort working flexibly when roles require focused effort outside standard hours

Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
- Commission and benefits included
