Sales Manager, Shanghai
As a manager of our sales organization, you will be expected to lead our sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales executives and building strong customer relationships. This opportunity is for highly driven individuals who are entrepreneurial in nature and a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales!

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US
- Manage an assigned number of account executives on our sales team.
- Be a leader within our sales organization with responsibility to train and develop, create accountability, and drive business, especially new business.
- Drive proactive management techniques such as conducting 1:1 meeting with direct reports to review progress in accounts, define specific goals and discuss target actions/updates.
- Act as go-to individual for daily questions from the sales floor regarding quotes, situational customer interactions, handling customer objections and more.
- Work with existing management team to understand the industry and establish goals; learn from existing team and bring own perspective.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Role will evolve based on individual strengths and goals.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of B2B sales management experience.
- Industry experience with independent component distributor.
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth while supporting direct reports for their success.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; HubSpot experience preferred.
