About The Role
As one of Galileo's pioneering Community Engagement Specialists, you'll lead mission-critical initiatives to revolutionize healthcare access for vulnerable populations. Leveraging your community organizing experience and data-driven approach, you'll develop and implement innovative strategies to connect underserved communities with our free primary care model. This role combines social impact with healthcare innovation, perfect for experienced community organizers who want to shape the future of urban healthcare delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of community organizing or related experience working with diverse urban populations
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and outcome measurement
- Strong multicultural awareness and demonstrated success in cross-cultural communication
- Digital marketing or social media expertise for community engagement
- Exceptional project coordination and strategic planning abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain community partnerships

Day-to-Day Impact
- Design and implement data-driven outreach strategies to engage hard-to-reach populations
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop and optimize engagement playbooks

- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns using both traditional and digital channels
