Senior Manager, Talent Relations

Gallery Media Group includes women’s lifestyle brand PureWow and a collection of social-first media brands, such as @cocktails, @moms, @recipes and @ballplayers on Instagram and TikTok that reach over 200M consumers. Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses—a fusion of social content, creators, and cultural moments at scale—and a robust influencer marketing business. The company was founded in 2010 by CEO, Ryan Harwood, and is now part of VaynerX, the Gary Vaynerchuk-owned holding company.
Gallery Media Group is seeking an entrepreneurial and detailed-oriented individual to join our Talent and Influencer team as a Senior Manager, Talent Relations.
Responsibilities:
- Support talent booking strategy, develop creative programming concepts, manage and track deliverables and oversee talent/booking logistics (travel, itineraries, talent briefs, contracts, etc) across Gallery Media Group business units and partnership initiatives
- Source, pitch, and manage talent participation in all editorial opportunities with GMG
- Help architect, market and manage guest lists for Gallery Houses and future GMG experiential ventures, including paid and unpaid talent
- Build and maintain relationships with top influencers and celebrities to secure partnerships and editorial collaborations
- Continuously research and stay updated on emerging talent and trends across platforms to expand Gallery Media Group's talent network.
- Consistently meeting w/ publicists, agents, managers, etc to ensure GMG is top of mind
- Manage and maintain talent and influencer database, including contact information and past collaborations with GMG
- Work closely with internal teams (content, social media, production, partnerships, etc.) to integrate talent into branded content, events, and client campaigns
- Talent management for events, in-person appearances, production days, and sponsored activations, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of talent related work experience; publicity/agency/studio/network/publisher experience desired. Ability to interface with all levels of executives and talent.
- Proven track record of negotiating talent deals + PR barters, with emphasis in fashion/beauty/lifestyle space(s).
- Existing relationships with publicists, agents, managers, etc. within fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, etc.
- Proven track record of finding new/emerging talent and maintaining successful talent relationships
- Collaborate with teams across content/programming, marketing, social media, clients and the like.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and talent engagements simultaneously.
- Experience in fashion and/or sports verticals preferred.
