By providing organizations relief from surging healthcare costs, we've experienced rapid adoption in the market and have more than doubled our revenue annually over the last 5 years, becoming the fastest growing company in our space. To support our continued growth, we're expanding our team by over 50% each year, seeking exceptional talent to shape our unique, award winning culture (for example, USA Today Top Workplaces 2025) designed to cultivate teamwork, trust, autonomy, exceptional results, and individual growth that creates an inflection point in your career.
About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Product team. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and will play a key leadership role in building Garner’s internal and client-facing commercial technology ecosystem.
At its core, the Commercial Product team is responsible for building production-grade applications that enable revenue growth and drive scalability—from internal operational tools to client-facing experiences that showcase Garner’s value. The team partners closely with Revenue, Operations, Data, and Engineering to scale Garner’s commercial infrastructure, turning high-impact homegrown tools into robust, supported products.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve Garner’s commercial outcomes by evaluating a wide range of business processes and working with stakeholders to pinpoint where automation, standardization, or data connectivity will drive the greatest impact
- Define and prioritize solutions that deliver the greatest impact by collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to translate high-level opportunities into clear product requirements, implementation plans, and a focused roadmap
- Oversee the development of production-ready tools by partnering closely with Engineering and Data teams to turn product requirements into reliable, scalable systems; manage build cycles, guide implementation decisions, and ensure each tool remains stable, efficient, and well supported over time
- Manage data integration and system interoperability by overseeing how third-party tools such as Salesforce and Iterable connect with Garner’s internal systems, identifying new opportunities to improve outcomes through better data sharing and visibility
What you will bring to the team:
- 2+ years of product management experience (ideally in B2B, internal tools, or commercial operations software)
- Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes
- Experience translating manual processes (e.g., spreadsheets, ad-hoc scripts, Retool apps) into scalable production tools
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical teams (Revenue, Operations, Engineering, and Data)
- A high level of autonomy and ownership—able to move quickly and independently in ambiguous problem spaces
Technologies we use:
- Looker, Retool, Google Sheets, Appscripts, Jira
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
