HRSD Optimization Contractor (UKG)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Contractor to support the clean-up, optimization, and enhancement of the UKG HRSD module, including both People Assist and Document Manager. This role will also partner closely with the systems team to coordinate updates and changes to UKG Core that impact HRSD. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly collaborative, and comfortable managing technical configurations while aligning them with business needs.

This is a Contract position with Gas South and is expected to last three months with the possibility of future extension.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support ongoing clean-up, optimization, and enhancement of the UKG HRSD module (People Assist & Document Manager)
- Collaborate with the systems team to coordinate UKG Core changes impacting HRSD
- Add new forms and knowledge base articles within People Assist; update existing content to align with current processes
- Partner with the training team to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Create new workflows and audit existing ones for optimization and automation opportunities
- In Document Manager, review and adjust document permissions using updated UKG Core qualifiers
- Reorganize and update employee document folders for consistency and compliance
- Verify system integrations between UKG Core and HRSD to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Automate and streamline document-related processes; support and implement system upgrades including but not limited to automated process launch and bulk launching.
- Develop and update SOPs for HRSD-related processes, ensuring documentation is logical and up to date
- Collaborate regularly with HRIS analysts, HR coordinators, compensation analysts, and the training team to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Assist with the development and delivery of training tailored for leaders and general employees to promote adoption of system improvements
- Remain flexible to support additional HR systems-related responsibilities as needed
Experience
- 7+ Years of experience working directly with UKG Pro
- Exceptional understanding of UKG HRSD (People Assist and Document Manager modules) and how these interact with Core
- Maintain availability for business correspondence Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information

Physical Requirements
Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or workstation while performing computer-based tasks, conducting meetings, and collaborating with colleagues.
Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk within the office environment, such as when attending meetings, interacting with colleagues or external stakeholders, or visiting different departments.
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry material, files, or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, such as when organizing documents or setting up for meetings.
Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.
Gas South Pay Range
$53,483 - $59,775 USD
