Built Technologies is looking for a GTM & Partnerships Manager to own the end-to-market strategy, execution, and scaling of our newest products and strategic alliances. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and our supplier network to craft positioning, design demand-gen campaigns, enable our go-to-market channels, and ensure partner success. This is a strategic, execution-focused role designed to drive fast adoption, repeatable revenue growth, and deep, mutually beneficial partner relationships. Ultimately, your impact will be seen in revenue growth, customer retention, positive partner performance, and increasing adoption of our offerings.

You’ll report to the General Manager and translate our broader strategy into detailed launch plans, partner enablement roadmaps, and joint-value initiatives—making sure new offerings hit the market on time, on message, and on target with both customers and partners.

What Success Looks Like

  • Generates Commercial Success: Consistently acquiring high-quality customers who are well-matched to the offering and convert efficiently through the funnel
  • Creates High-Impact Partnerships: Create and nurture high value partnerships and think creatively about how to incorporate joint activities with partners (co-marketing, integrations, referrals) drive a measurable lift in leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Demonstrates Operational Excellence: Implementing operational processes that enable scale and lead to smooth onboarding, minimal friction, and high product and service usage.
  • Drives Confidence: Internal teams and external partners report high satisfaction with our enablement materials, training, and collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Feedback loops capture both customer and partner insights to iteratively refine messaging, tactics, and joint offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy, Positioning & Partnerships

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer-plus-partner interviews to define product positioning and co-value propositions.
  • Develop segment-specific messaging, pricing strategies, and partner tiers that align incentives and drive mutual growth.

Launch Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Build comprehensive GTM plans with clear milestones, budgets, success metrics, and partner touchpoints for each new offering.
  • Align launch teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, Operations, and Partner Management to ensure seamless execution.

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing Built’s competitive advantage in channel distribution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to produce joint assets (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, ads).

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, demo scripts, and joint-selling guides.
  • Collaborate on and lead (as necessary) onboarding and ongoing training for sales and partner teams to guarantee readiness for launch and ongoing co-selling success.

Partner Recruitment & Ongoing Relationship Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit new channel and integration partners aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison—owning partner onboarding, training, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Drive regular partner business reviews (PBRs), share pipeline insights, and co-develop growth plans.

Operational Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and iterate on playbooks, documentation, and SOPs for key operational flows across the customer and partner journey.
  • Define, maintain, and share dashboards for funnel metrics, campaign ROI, partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, and partner health scores.
  • Analyze customer and partner feedback to surface opportunities for new joint offerings, process enhancements, or product improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. product, support, sales ops) to streamline handoffs and keep the experience seamless.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in GTM, product marketing, demand generation, partner management, or sales enablement roles—ideally within a SaaS, marketplace, or channel-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of launching products or initiatives end-to-end and building/managing high-performing partner programs.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels, channel economics, and partnership business models.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable building and interpreting dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on “builder” mentality—energized by ambiguity and driven to execute.
  • Experience with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack) and basic operational analytics.
  • Construction or real estate tech background is a plus but not required.

This GTM & Partnerships Manager will drive both customer acquisition and partner-led growth—ensuring every launch and alliance accelerates revenue, strengthens our ecosystem, and sets the stage for long-term success.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
